Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and operate high-scale applications across the full engineering stack.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across the full engineering stack.
• Apply modern software development practices including serverless, microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Integrate systems with internal systems, Data Fabric, and the CSA Toolset.
• Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to translate requirements into solutions.
• Triage issues, debug, and track/resound by analyzing root causes and operational impact.
• Own project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for sole projects.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team activities.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years writing, debugging, and troubleshooting mainstream Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 5+ years experience with cloud technology (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• 5+ years experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions.
• 5+ years experience designing and developing microservices using Java, SpringBoot, GCP SDKs, and GKE/Kubernetes.
• 5+ years experience deploying and releasing software using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code concepts including Helm and Terraform.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
