Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Overview

Senior Backend Engineer to build backend services (Java) for a new product suite, including an online portal and PropertyPay/PropertyConnect.

What you'll do

• Design and develop robust, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services into backend infrastructure.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code following industry standards.
• Support junior/mid-level engineers and conduct code reviews.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Core backend proficiency with a modern backend framework.
• Understanding of Spring components including controllers, services, repositories, and security.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for user-centric solutions.
