Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for building and improving data ecosystems, tools, frameworks, services, and cross-platform applications. The role involves owning long-term projects and delivering reliable, scalable solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and implement tools, frameworks, and services for product data at scale.
• Lead technical discussions with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Choose technologies to meet business requirements.
• Own development from design through testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Develop applications for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Build reusable components and libraries.
• Improve application performance, quality, speed, and scalability.

What you'll need

• 5–12 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong functional or object-oriented programming skills.
• 3–8 years of desktop and component development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++, C#, Java, and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and automated deployment.
• Experience with distributed version control and testing frameworks.
• Degree in computer science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtualization software and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Big Data technologies and product or telemetry data.
• Understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and distributed data processing.
• Strong SQL query writing and optimization skills.
