Senior Software Engineer- ETL

Overview

Senior Software Engineer, ETL on BOLD's Business Intelligence team, building and maintaining a scalable, latency-free enterprise data warehouse and its ETL processes.

What you'll do

• Architect, develop, and maintain a highly scalable data warehouse and build/maintain ETL processes.
• Utilize Python and Airflow to integrate data from across the business into the data warehouse.
• Integrate third party data into the data warehouse, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Iterable.

What you'll need

• Experience working as an ETL developer in a Data Engineering, Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence team.
• Understanding of data integration/data engineering architecture and awareness of ETL standards, methodologies, guidelines and techniques.
• Hands on with the Python programming language and its packages like Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong understanding of SQL queries, aggregate functions, complex joins and performance tuning.
• Good exposure to any one of these databases: Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Broad understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling concepts.
• 4.5+ years of experience.
