Senior Software Engineer II

Overview

Senior Software Engineer II responsible for complex Salesforce design, development, integrations, and AI-driven automation across an enterprise Salesforce ecosystem serving more than 2,000 users.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and technical designs.
• Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration solutions.
• Design and govern AI agents and automations, including Agentforce implementations.
• Resolve complex issues across Salesforce and platforms such as Gainsight and Monday.com.
• Apply coding standards, code reviews, release management, packaging, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and train junior software engineers on Salesforce and AI-assisted development.
• Design Salesforce data models with performance and scalability considerations.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years building and supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce data modeling, and integration technologies.
• Expertise in LWC, Aura, JavaScript, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce development practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and governed AI agent design.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
• Experience with regulated, audited, or compliance-driven release environments.
