Senior Software Engineer(MuleSoft Integration)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain MuleSoft integrations and APIs using the Anypoint Platform.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
• Build integrations between enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Develop reusable APIs, DataWeave transformations, security controls, and error-handling frameworks.
• Support CI/CD deployments, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Provide production support and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.

What you'll need

• 4 years of experience in enterprise integration development.
• 4 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4 development.
• Experience designing and developing REST and SOAP APIs using API-led connectivity principles.
• Expertise in DataWeave 2.0, RAML/OpenAPI for API design, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of API security including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSL/TLS.
• Experience with SQL databases, Git, and Agile development methodologies.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Developer (Mule 4) or Integration Architect.
• Experience with CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric, and hybrid integration architectures.
• Experience with Kafka, JMS, AMQP, or other event-driven messaging platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with API governance, lifecycle management, and observability/monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
