Senior Software Engineer- Network Solution Testing

Overview

Senior Software Engineer focused on validating customer-focused networking solutions through system-level testing, automation, and solution certification.

What you'll do

• Perform feature, scale, migration, performance, and end-to-end solution validation testing.
• Analyze customer deployment architectures and network topologies to create test strategies.
• Design, develop, and execute system-level and solution-level test plans and test cases.
• Build and maintain test lab environments representing customer deployments.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and networking devices using Junos/EVO.
• Develop automated testing scripts and execute automated and manual validation cases.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10-15+ years of experience in Networking Systems Engineering, System Testing, Solution Validation, or related fields.
• Experience working with Service Provider, Cloud, Core, or Edge networking environments.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale network deployments and customer solution validation.
• Experience developing test automation solutions using Python and/or Robot Framework.
• Experience with network traffic generation and testing platforms such as Ixia and Spirent.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols including TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and more.
