Senior Software Engineer (SSIS, PowerBI, Python, PowerApps, PowerShell)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer role focused on leading initiatives and building software solutions using SSIS, Power BI, Python, PowerApps, PowerShell, and Autosys. You will design, develop, test, and debug technology domain projects, including upgrades, deployments, and cloud/Agile delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead moderately complex initiatives, deliverables, and technical planning for a technology domain.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects tied to upgrades and deployments.
• Review and resolve technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Act as an escalation point and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and meet client needs.
• Hands-on automate and script using PowerShell, Shell, and Python for operational work.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent via work/training/military/education).
• Experience enhancing and fixing application functionalities.
• Ability to design and develop Power BI reports using a SQL Server database.
• Experience with Autosys or similar orchestration tools.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, Object Storage, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on Power BI dashboarding (Fabric noted as an added advantage).
