Senior Software Engineer focused on Workday Integration and Prism Analytics, delivering and leading moderately complex initiatives and technical solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead moderately complex initiatives, deliverables, and projects within technical domain environments.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document solutions for projects including upgrades and deployments.
• Review moderately complex technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Resolve issues and serve as an escalation point to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
• Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, and calculated fields).
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics (data ingestion, transformations, and dataset management).
• Strong proficiency with SQL and understanding of relational data models.
• Experience integrating Workday data with external analytics or reporting platforms.
• Understanding of Workday security domains and role-based access controls.
