Overview
Senior Solutions Architect for GitLab’s Asia team, serving as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and partners across the region.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation for AI-powered DevSecOps needs across the full lifecycle.
- Own technical evaluations, including solution design and proof of concept/value work.
- Design workshops and contribute to tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and go-to-market teams on account strategies for acquisition and expansion.
- Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
- Act as the voice of the customer with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
What you'll need
- Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles involving solution design and evaluation.
- Proficiency in the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Experience applying Generative and Agentic AI within software delivery.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab (or comparable source control) and CI/CD, plus collaboration platforms.
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, including deployment/security/operations discussions.
- Fluent Mandarin language skills required; role covers markets where Mandarin is essential (primarily Singapore and Taiwan).
