Senior Solutions Engineer - Polish speaking

Overview

Partner with sales and services as a Senior Solutions Engineer to deliver technical, value-driven solutions for prospective and expansion deals.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with sales representatives, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of HubSpot products to propose effective solutions.
• Understand customer challenges and deliver technical value aligned with business goals.
• Participate in and direct presales, sales, and wider business projects.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, technical sales, or a similar role.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Fluency in spoken and written Polish.
• Experience working with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with external customers.
• Interest in collaboration, feedback, and professional development.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in an additional language, ideally Spanish or Arabic.

• Remote role in Ireland.
• Annual cash compensation: €73,850–€105,600 EUR.
