Senior Specialist (Data Enrichment - Japanese Speaking)

Overview

Senior Specialist role supporting Anaqua's IP management software clients, focused on data enrichment and portfolio onboarding for Japanese-speaking clients.

What you'll do

• Conduct Patent / Trademark portfolio audits
• Migrate Portfolios into SAAS based software via excel or like
• Manage efficient and on-time project delivery with a high standard of quality
• Update software databases, and communicate with clients/attorneys over conference calls, as and when required
• Keep abreast with changes to the commercial IP law updates
• Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Prioritize individual workload to manage multiple projects
• Understand both internal and external customer requirements and provide and implement ideas for improvement

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proficient in Japanese language (at least N3)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in working with Japanese clients
• Experience in the portfolio onboarding (with knowledge of ETL and data mapping)
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office (Excel skill is must)
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Experience in the field of Intellectual Property (IP)
• Prior Anaqua AQX or RH knowledge
