Senior Specialist - Global Product Management - Data Analytics and Agentic AI

Overview

Senior Specialist, Product Management within the Advanced Analytics group of Business & Market Insights, defining, building and scaling Enterprise & Credit Risk products that deliver measurable value to customers and the business.

What you'll do

• Collaborate and partner closely with the Consumer Credit Analytics team to support global product development and GTM efforts.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
• Analyze customer data and insights to drive recommendations and champion the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Communicate product updates, achievements, and risks to stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis, understand MA Data and navigate a matrixed organization.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management, product development, data science & analytics, business analysis, or related experience.
• Experience in creating requirements and user stories with proficiency in SQL/Python, and Excel.
• Decent experience in creating requirements, user stories, and product documentation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Data Analytics and ML is strongly preferred.
