Senior Specialist - Insurance Operation

Senior Specialist role in insurance operations focused on reviewing and verifying insurance policy documents, with a Property & Casualty background.

What you'll need

• Strong attention to detail and proven experience in document comparison and policy verification
• Good understanding of Property & Casualty
• Policy checking / review experience, capable of reviewing large volumes of policies, ranging from as few as 10 to over 1,000
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, creativity, intellectual curiosity, effective communication abilities, and excellent time management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities during high-demand periods
• Good command over spoken and written English
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Graduate in any stream
• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
