Senior Analyst – Insurance Operations

Overview

Senior Analyst role in Insurance Operations, focused on reviewing and verifying insurance policy documents and supporting customers and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Review and check policies, ranging from as few as 10 to over 1,000 at a time.
• Compare documents and verify policy details.
• Collaborate within a team to address customer and stakeholder needs.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities during high-demand periods.
• Acquire knowledge through hands-on training and practical experience.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of work experience.
• Graduate in any stream.
• Proven experience in document comparison and policy verification.
• Good understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Policy checking / review experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and excellent time management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good command over spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Location: Mumbai - Hiranandani.
• Ready to work across shifts: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
