Senior Specialist, IT Software Engineering

Overview

Senior Software Engineer role focused on building scalable Python backend platforms, REST APIs, and AI-driven systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services using FastAPI.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs with focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Create integrations and workflows across enterprise platforms using APIs and events.
• Develop AI agents and orchestration workflows using LangGraph and modern LLM tooling.
• Deploy and operate services on GCP using cloud-native services like Cloud Run and GKE.
• Contribute to CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Strong hands-on Python experience for production-grade backend services and APIs.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices, preferably with FastAPI.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms including OAuth2 and JWT.
• Strong SQL skills and relational database design (PostgreSQL or equivalent).
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
