Senior Specialist SCM

Overview

Lead Ramp Up and Change Management initiatives for NPI projects, ensuring engineering sample readiness, production ramp-up, and smooth product transitions.

What you'll do

• Manage engineering samples for backend demand by forecasting and tracking the Engineering Sample Forecast (ESFC).
• Oversee engineering wafer starts, engineering sample builds, and engineering lots and samples to meet delivery timelines.
• Coordinate slot bookings for engineering builds across frontend and backend operations.
• Set up and maintain product master data and enable milestone releases aligned with product phase milestones.
• Act as BCM project manager for business change flows from initiation to closure, including SPOs and wafer orders for business changes.
• Generate and distribute Product Change Notifications (PCNs) and compile customer support documentation for change management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as a Supply Chain Specialist or Ramp Up Specialist.
• Strong experience in sample management or product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in capacity planning, material availability checks, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor engineering and production processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
