Overview

Senior Staff Engineer Verification for Wi‑Fi validation within an IoT radio validation and testing team, focused on WLAN/BT/combination SoC lab characterization and validation.

What you'll do

• Lead bench testing, debugging, and characterization of module-level and RF SoC IP for wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax.
• Perform RF system characterization by measuring EVM, phase noise, sensitivity, and other radio parameters.
• Set up and maintain the lab test environment.
• Develop and execute scripts for testing and verification.
• Generate RF design, verification, and test reports.
• Coordinate with RF systems and integration teams on RF board layout, test interface methodology, programming sequences, and RF calibration programming.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience with B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Understanding of RF systems for WLAN/BT specifications.
• Knowledge of the complete RF signal chain.
• Experience with RF calibration and RF parameter tuning for performance optimization.
• Experience using equipment including a spectrum analyzer and network analyzer.
• Hands-on debug experience with WLAN and BT systems at board level.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting.
