Senior Staff Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to lead design and delivery of internal platforms for enterprise infrastructure and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Architect, build, and own full-stack software platforms for enterprise infrastructure and operations.
• Lead technical design for systems that ingest, process, analyze, and expose infrastructure and operational data at scale.
• Develop backend services and APIs for data collection, enrichment, and querying.
• Build and maintain web interfaces with advanced search, filtering, and usability for technical users.
• Design and implement ETL and data processing pipelines for structured and semi-structured data sources.
• Ensure applications are fully containerized and production-ready using Docker and Kubernetes-based deployment models.

What you'll need

• Experience as a Staff or Senior Full Stack Software Engineer on complex, production systems.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces and drive solutions to completion.
• Strong backend experience, including API design and data-intensive services.
• Experience with ingestion, transformation, and analysis for data-driven applications.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages: C#, Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application delivery.
