Senior Support Engineer ( L4 )

Overview

Senior Software Development Support Engineer (L4) responsible for owning complex escalated, customer-facing issues at the intersection of Support, Product, and R&D.

What you'll do

• Own and drive complex escalated issues from intake through resolution.
• Perform deep technical troubleshooting across software, cloud, and infrastructure layers.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and telemetry across distributed systems.
• Debug issues including application/service log analysis, memory dump/crash analysis, and performance tracing.
• Reproduce issues by building scripts, automation, and test environments.
• Partner with R&D teams on defects, reproduction data, and proposed fixes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in software development or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience reading, debugging, and modifying code.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across software and systems.
• Comfort working without scripted procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
