Support Engineer 2 - Mule/ API Integration/ ESB/ Deployment Automation

Overview

Support Analyst role for Blue Yonder Integration Services, responsible for support and administration of BY Connect (MuleSoft) and related integration components.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for MuleESB applications and projects.
• Resolve incidents escalated from operational teams and handle performance tuning requests.
• Create and maintain documentation for services, solutions, and interfaces.
• Support end-to-end performance optimization through Tiger Teams.
• Serve as a primary escalation point and provide technical/advisory leadership for products in the portfolio.
• Deploy, upgrade, and support Mule/AMQ/Python services and related technologies.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Core Integration using key technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience installing and configuring Mule runtimes via Mule Management Console or Jenkins using MuleSoft API and deployment methodologies.
• Experience creating, configuring, and managing API Gateway.
• Experience with ActiveMQ/message broker/JMS-based messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Python and willingness to learn new technologies adopted by the roadmap.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments with 24x7 operation.
