Senior AI Ops Engineer responsible for designing and delivering intelligent platforms and automation solutions with AI-driven capabilities to improve how teams operate.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver intelligent platforms and automation solutions.
• Build AI-driven capabilities that improve operational efficiency and reduce MTTR.
• Study complex systems to understand how they behave and fail in production.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate failure modes through automation and operational intelligence.
• Develop AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and productivity.
• Leverage AI/ML, MLOps, and modern engineering practices to drive operational excellence.

What you'll need

• Experience working with cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with APIs and modern engineering platforms.
• Strong learnability and ability to rapidly adopt emerging technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify patterns, and develop innovative solutions.
• Curiosity about AI/ML and related practices including generative AI and agentic AI.
