Senior Talent Partner & Advisor (Operations)

Overview

Senior talent partner and advisor owning end-to-end hiring for OpenFX's Operations team (compliance operations, payments operations, client success, treasury and finance operations, and adjacent roles) across India, the US, UK / Europe and the Middle East.

What you'll do

• Own the full hiring lifecycle for all operations roles across geographies: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback loops, offer negotiation and close
• Run outbound-led sourcing for operations talent (LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks), including niche fintech and payments operators who are not actively looking
• Partner closely with operations leaders to define role requirements, calibrate on profiles and hold a high bar on senior hires
• Navigate hiring differences across markets: talent pools, compensation norms, notice periods, visa and relocation considerations
• Run a tight, well-communicated candidate experience and keep hiring managers accountable to interview timelines
• Keep Greenhouse (and any ATS in use) clean and current: pipelines, scorecards, stage data
• Manage agencies on operations searches where used, and keep agency spend under control
• Report weekly on pipeline health, pass-through rates and time to hire for operations roles

What you'll need

• 10 to 12 years in talent acquisition
• At least 6 years recruiting operations roles at a high-growth startup or scale-up
• Proven track record of closing senior and specialised operations hires through outbound sourcing, not agency hand-offs
• Experience hiring in at least two of the core regions: India, US, UK / Europe or UAE / Middle East
• Can assess operations talent credibly: understands what strong operators in payments, compliance or client-facing functions look like and can screen for it
• Comfortable with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS
• Clear, direct communicator, comfortable engaging with hiring managers and managing senior stakeholders

Nice to have

• Fintech, payments or crypto background
• Experience hiring in a regulated industry where compliance and licensing roles are part of the mix
• Agency management experience
• Prior in-house experience at a Series A or B company
