Overview

Senior Technical Specialist for AI solutions, owning enterprise engagements end to end—from technical discovery and solution design to building, deploying, and hardening agentic systems inside customer environments.

What you'll do

• Map customer workflows, systems of record, and failure modes to identify agentic automation opportunities.
• Build and deliver PoCs/proofs of value on live customer data and systems.
• Design agent architecture including orchestration, state management, tool/skill decomposition, guardrails, and escalation paths.
• Deploy production agents with deterministic workflows, skills, and integrations across enterprise systems.
• Own reliability by debugging agent failures and iterating toward production-grade adoption.
• Drive integration work via REST APIs, webhooks, auth flows, and data mapping.
• Instrument and report outcomes using adoption, containment, accuracy, and cost metrics.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems in production (agent orchestration, prompt/context engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, evaluation).
• Shipped production systems with users and can explain failure modes.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with REST APIs/webhooks/integration patterns.
• Comfort with SQL and working directly with customer data.
• Experience with stakeholder workshops, PoCs, and technical scoping with effort estimates.
• Executive-grade communication to whiteboard architecture and discuss ROI.
