Overview

Staff Software Engineer (Backend) to build and enhance backend features, own service delivery and operational readiness, and lead engineering excellence.

What you'll do

• Build new backend features, enhance existing ones, and support them in production.
• Create reusable libraries or technology platforms for multiple use cases.
• Drive technical design and execution with engineers for platform capabilities.
• Provide service ownership, ensuring milestones and high-quality deliveries.
• Establish and promote software development best practices with the team and organization.
• Deliver functional availability and manage cloud-based services for correctness, availability, and security.

What you'll need

• Around 10+ years of software development experience.
• 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Engineering leadership experience.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side framework (Spring Boot-Java, Node.js, or Golang).
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Strong understanding of SDLC from analysis through post-production support.
