Senior Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Senior Technical Support Engineer providing end-to-end technical support for enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Own support cases end-to-end, from initial triage through resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot ML platform problems across workspaces, jobs, and model deployments.
• Write detailed Jira bug reports and enhancement requests.
• Contribute knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and troubleshooting docs.
• Hand off cases in a follow-the-sun model across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Run live troubleshooting sessions with customers via video call and support EMEA weekend on-call rotation.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years in enterprise technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience including pod lifecycle, kubectl, and RBAC.
• Strong Linux and command-line proficiency (log analysis, process management, shell scripting).
• Familiarity with Python-based ML workflows (Jupyter, model training and serving).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments.
• Comfort writing clear case updates and knowledge base articles.
• Works asynchronously across time zones in a remote-first globally distributed team.
