Senior Test Engineer

Overview

Senior Test/QA Engineer focused on strengthening quality engineering and automation for an IoT platform and edge-device ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Own test scenarios, test coverage, and QA release readiness.
• Identify quality risks, gaps, dependencies, and edge cases during release planning.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (preferred).
• Define and execute smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
• Perform API, UI, integration, and system-level testing across cloud and edge-device ecosystems.
• Support CI/CD integration for automated test execution and improve release confidence.
• Analyze defects, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to quality improvements.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong hands-on automation testing experience.
• Playwright experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
