Senior Transport Executive

Overview

Senior Transport Executive responsible for managing client transport operations, including live trip tracking, incident communication, safety monitoring, and operational reporting.

What you'll do

• Receive calls and share the right information to employees based on queries.
• Reply to employee emails based on their queries.
• Live track inbound/outbound trips and ensure vehicles reach the first point on time.
• Monitor trip closure and observe live security dashboard alerts using technology tools.
• Cross-check vehicle deployment, sequence, and timings.
• Update clients on incidents, accidents, traffic, and delays.
• Consolidate security dashboard alerts with supporting documents and prepare reports.

What you'll need

• Graduation educational qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in senior-level transport operations.
• Knowledge and willingness to use technology tools for day-to-day tasks.
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritizing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent spoken and written English to communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
