Transport Coordinator

Overview

Transport Coordinator responsible for centralizing logs and requests, managing call logging and tracking request progress, and supporting operations reporting and safety-related activities for an on-site property in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Centralize logs and requests by receiving and logging complaints with complete details.
• Tag each request with unique identity numbers to identify issue nature and dispatch to the right department.
• Coordinate with assignees to follow up on progress and monitor response time.
• Track feedback and communicate with requestors to ensure task closure.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call status and recurring calls.
• Assist building engineers with analyses and perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Participate in health and safety reviews and emergency evacuation procedures as needed.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management.
• Solid background in helpdesk operations.
• Strong working knowledge of occupational safety.
• Proven track record in rolling out improvement initiatives.
• Degree holder.
• Customer-centric focus and superior organizational skills for managing daily activities.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and clients.

• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Reporting: Reports to the property manager.
