Senior Workday Analyst

Overview

Senior Workday Analyst specializing in Core HCM and Time & Absence, driving evolution and optimization of a global HR technology ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Architect, configure, and maintain Workday Core HCM and Time & Absence modules, including accruals and eligibility rules.
• Design end-to-end workflows integrating Workday with ServiceNow HRSD, Jira, Confluence, and third-party vendor platforms.
• Manage case management workflows, SLA compliance, and ticket triaging within ServiceNow HRSD.
• Evaluate biannual Workday feature releases to enhance the platform.
• Translate multi-country labor requirements into compliant system configurations.
• Collaborate with senior HR, Payroll, and IT leaders to automate scalable outcomes.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring HR technology platforms.
• Deep specialization in Workday Core HCM and Time & Absence configuration.
• Experience with advanced reporting and calculated field design.
• Experience managing HR case lifecycles and intake triaging in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex challenges and interpret global regulatory rules.
