Service Delivery Manager - F&A - AP 4D

Overview

Service Delivery Manager for the Accounts Payable (AP) process within Genpact's F&A function, leading an AP operations team across multiple ERPs, systems and manual-intensive work.

What you'll do

• Lead the Accounts Payable operations team.
• Be accountable for the Accounts Payable process, including document management, invoice processing, helpdesk, correspondence, trade and non-trade (EDI & Non-EDI) activities, vendor maintenance, database corrections of vendor information, and intercompany non-trade payments and outstanding handling.
• Complete all activities within agreed time, to the highest quality, and meet metrics per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets.
• Be accountable for client VOC and successful external and internal audits.
• Participate in and lead governance calls with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own projects and drive outcomes with multiple stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Accounts Payable Certification - F-TecF-Tec.
• Required skills: Accounting, Accounts Payable Process, Audit Responses, Banking Capital Markets, Change Management, Client Relations, Critical Thinking, Document Management, Exception Processing, Help Desk Support, Invoice Payments, Monthly Close Process, People Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Supplier Accounts, Supplier Management, Vendor Master Data.
• English language, Upper Intermediate - B2 (Required).
