What you'll do

• Develop and implement employee lifecycle management strategies.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.
• Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
• Provide guidance and support to HR staff and managers.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and report on key HR performance indicators.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning.
• Required skills: Human Resources Operations, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Workday HCM.
• English language proficiency, Proficient - C2 (Required).
