Service - Field Service Engineer (FSE) – Nuclear Medicine, CT & PET (NUC/CT/PET) - Scotland

Overview

Provide onsite and remote technical support for GE HealthCare medical imaging customers across Scotland, focusing on Nuclear Medicine, CT and PET equipment.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair medical imaging equipment.
• Maintain equipment uptime and reliability across healthcare sites.
• Communicate service expectations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Clinical Applications teams.
• Identify and support regional business growth opportunities.
• Provide remote technical support when required.

What you'll need

• Qualified Technician or Engineer, or equivalent professional experience in medical devices.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Valid UK driving licence for travel across Scotland.

Nice to have

• Field Service experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills.
