Service Manager, elluminate Services

Overview

Service Manager for eClinical Solutions’ elluminate® platform services, owning day-to-day service operations for a portfolio of global clients from the Bangalore office.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned clients.
• Monitor ongoing delivery and proactively resolve operational gaps affecting clients.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across internal teams to ensure timely service execution.
• Track open action items and deliverables through full resolution.
• Escalate operational issues by triaging problems and mobilizing internal resources.
• Ensure services adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements (ICH/GCP and 21 CFR Part 11).
• Maintain service documentation and support audit readiness and audit activities (NTF and CAPA).

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in service/project management, service/project delivery, or operations (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with global stakeholders across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
• Comfortable working in shifts or flexible hours to overlap US and European client time zones as required.
• Hands-on experience managing operational delivery of technology-enabled services in a regulated clinical environment.
• Solid understanding of clinical data management concepts, clinical trial operations, ICH/GCP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
