ServiceNow Developer

Overview

Develop and support ServiceNow solutions for enterprise IT service management and platform capabilities. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform improvements.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
• Build custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Resolve incidents, analyze problems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply best practices and maintain solution quality.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, deployments, and ongoing release support.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong ServiceNow development experience in a senior developer or similar technical role.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, automation, workflows, integrations, and configuration.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools.
• US citizenship.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications.
• REST/SOAP API, MID Server, or enterprise integration experience.
• Knowledge of Service Portal, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub.
• Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, or automated testing experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

• Annual salary: $92,000–$153,000.
• Travel required up to 25%.
