Senior ServiceNow Developer

Overview

Own and extend ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and case management solutions, transitioning an existing third-party implementation to internal technical ownership. Design, develop, support, and maintain scalable, supportable, and auditable ServiceNow platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, build, enhance, and deploy ServiceNow solutions and custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure and enhance CSM/TPSM modules, workflows, forms, rules, and user experiences.
• Review and improve partner-delivered configurations, update sets, and release artifacts.
• Troubleshoot platform defects, workflow issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain platform integrity across production and non-production environments.
• Support UAT, release readiness, change review, testing, and user validation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM applications and workflows.
• Experience inheriting and stabilizing third-party ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong experience developing scalable workflows.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications.

Nice to have

• Certified Implementation Specialist, Customer Service Management certification.
• Exposure to Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, or intelligent workflow automation.

Details

• Remote in the United States.
• Compensation: $125,000–$165,000 USD yearly.
• Work-hour overlap with EMEA or APAC business hours may be required.
