ServiceNow Engineer- HRSD & CSM

Overview

ServiceNow Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD and CSM solutions across HR and customer service workflows.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow HRSD and CSM solutions.
• Drive workflow automation and self-service experiences, including AI-powered solutions.
• Configure and enhance Employee Center, Agent Workspace, case management, and Service Portals.
• Develop custom applications, integrations, APIs, workflows, and reusable platform components.
• Implement AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and GenAI experiences.
• Build and support integrations with HR, CRM, Identity Management, ERP, and other systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization; support upgrades and release management.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in HRSD and CSM modules and ServiceNow Platform development experience.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR knowledge management.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, Workspaces, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) plus UI components (UI Policies, UI Actions).
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and SSO/SAML.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
