Services Engineering Leader, Professional Services

Overview

Services Engineering Leader to lead lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings, including creating, packaging, and launching standardized services aligned to product strategy and execution.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end development of standardized, scalable professional services offerings, playbooks, and delivery methodologies.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Engineering during early-stage product releases to build service packages and deployment frameworks.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the existing professional services portfolio using field feedback, customer outcomes, utilization data, and market trends.
• Collaborate with global practice and field delivery teams to ensure services are operationally viable and backed by delivery artifacts.
• Equip sales and delivery teams with service scopes, scoping tools, and value propositions for go-to-market integration.
• Establish reusable delivery frameworks, automated deployment scripts, and standardized SOW templates to improve efficiency and margin consistency.

What you'll need

• 8–10+ years of direct experience in service NPI, services productization, or solution engineering in a global SaaS, enterprise software, or cyber resilience company.
• Track record of taking complex enterprise technology services from concept to global field execution.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed organizations, especially with Product Management, Product Engineering, and Field Services.
• Experience presenting to and collaborating with executives at VP level and above.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related technical field (preferred), or equivalent practical experience.
