Overview

Shopify Developer to build and maintain scalable e-commerce solutions on Shopify, including custom themes, features, and apps. Will collaborate with digital commerce and engineering teams to deliver roadmap initiatives and integrations.

What you'll do

• Support digital PODs in developing scalable e-commerce solutions across channels.
• Build and manage custom themes, features, and apps for Shopify stores.
• Write clean, optimized code using the Hydrogen framework and components.
• Integrate with GraphQL and Storefront APIs to fetch and display data.
• Support middleware/data sync integrations between Shopify and ERP, PIM, payment gateways, and marketing systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in features, functionalities, and integrations.
• Communicate issues impacting daily operations and provide solutions and updates.

What you'll need

• Overall 4+ years of experience.
• 2+ years working with Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar enterprise ecommerce applications.
• Understanding of enterprise ecommerce ecosystem involving ERP and marketing/analytics integrations.
• Knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Exposure to Shopify Storefront API and GraphQL queries/mutations.
• Hands-on experience with version controlled codebase (e.g., GitHub).
• Experience with Shopify Plus exposure and Liquid templating, custom apps/extensions, Hydrogen components, and Shopify CLI.
