Single Sponsor Sr Project Specialist - UK (FTC for 6 months)

Overview

Supports clinical study project administration for a single sponsor in a six-month fixed-term role, maintaining study information, reports, meetings, performance indicators, documentation, and audit support.

What you'll do

• Set up, maintain, and close out project files and study information in databases and systems.
• Maintain and distribute study-specific and financial reports.
• Lead meetings when directed and distribute minutes and action items.
• Track key performance indicators and provide status reports to customers.
• Archive study documents according to applicable guidelines and policies.
• Support audits and quality assurance activities through documentation and issue resolution.
• Mentor and train Project Specialists when required.

What you'll need

• Experience managing clinical study information, including regulatory documents, TMF data, enrollment, adverse events, and protocol deviations.
• Ability to manage vendor and site invoices, investigator payments, and forecasts.
• Ability to prepare meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
• Ability to track and communicate KPIs with project leadership oversight.
• Ability to support audits and quality assurance reviews.
• Ability to provide customer support when the Project Lead is unavailable.
