Site Contract Manager

Overview

Manage clinical site contracting for assigned projects, with responsibility for agreements, budgets, contracting strategies, and timelines across the APAC region. This is not a line management position.

What you'll do

• Review, draft, negotiate, and track clinical and vendor agreements.
• Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects.
• Manage site contracting from strategy through contract execution.
• Negotiate site budgets.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations study teams.
• Lead client-facing site contracting interactions.
• Travel domestically and internationally when required.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Experience managing contracts across the APAC region.
• Experience in CRO, life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
• A graduate, postgraduate, or four-year college degree.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in law, a scientific field, or business administration.
• Experience setting up contracting plans for CTA and budget negotiations.
• Fluency in English.

Details

• Remote role in Singapore or Taiwan.
• Occasional domestic and international travel, including overnight stays.
