Site Contract Manager

Overview

Manage clinical site contracting across APAC, including contract strategy, drafting, negotiation, execution, and tracking. The role works with Clinical Operations study teams, sites, sponsors, and clients and is not a line manager position.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and track clinical study and vendor agreements.
• Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects.
• Manage site contracting from strategy through contract execution.
• Negotiate site budgets.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations study teams to meet study timelines.
• Lead client-facing site contracting interactions.
• Travel domestically and internationally when required.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Experience managing contracts across the APAC region.
• Experience in a CRO, life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
• A graduate, postgraduate, or four-year college degree.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office software and computer applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in law, a scientific field, or business administration.
• Experience setting up contracting plans for CTA and budget negotiations.
• Fluency in English.

Details

• Remote in Singapore or Taiwan.
• Includes some domestic and occasional international travel with overnight stays.
