Overview

Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for owning difficult technical searches and hiring engineering and AI talent globally.

What you'll do

• Own technical searches end-to-end across AI/ML, backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, and engineering leadership.
• Build talent maps and sourcing strategies for difficult searches.
• Identify and headhunt high-quality passive candidates.
• Assess candidates’ technical profiles to understand what they built and their contribution.
• Partner with engineering leaders to calibrate hiring bars and refine interview processes.
• Manage and close senior candidates through compensation discussions and competing offers.
• Use recruiting data and market feedback to improve search strategy and conversion.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with experience hiring software engineers and other technical talent.
• Track record of independently delivering difficult technical hires via proactive headhunting.
• Understanding of software engineering disciplines to evaluate technical profiles beyond keywords.
• Sourcing capability across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms and communities.
• Ability to advise hiring managers using evidence from the talent market.
• Candidate management, negotiation, and closing skills.
• High ownership, judgment, and execution speed.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting AI/ML engineers, researchers, distributed systems engineers, or senior technical leaders.
• Experience hiring internationally across multiple technical talent markets.
• Experience recruiting for an early-stage AI or technology company.
