Site Reliability Engineer - Vice President

Overview

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role accountable for daily operations, architectural resilience, and implementing SRE principles for large-scale, critical services.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end observability and resiliency to keep services stable, scalable, and fault tolerant.
• Ensure critical applications meet operational resilience requirements and defined impact tolerances.
• Oversee recovery testing including Production Swing Tests, Data Recovery Tests, and chaos engineering practices.
• Adopt automation such as One Touch Recovery to minimize recovery time.
• Develop and scale observability using tools for metrics, logging, and tracing.
• Instrument applications to provide insights into system health and performance.

What you'll need

• 13+ years of deep understanding of SRE concepts including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and toil reduction.
• Disaster Recovery planning and resiliency testing experience plus fault tolerant distributed system design.
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting OpenShift/Kubernetes workloads.
• Hands-on observability tools knowledge (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, AppDynamics).
• Infrastructure as Code and automation/configuration management skills (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience creating and managing Helm charts for application deployment.
