Snowflake + SAP - Manager

Overview

Snowflake + SAP Manager role within PwC's Data and Analytics Engineering practice at the Acceleration Center India, designing and building data infrastructure, pipelines, integration and transformation solutions for client work.

What you'll do

• Design and develop Snowflake and SAP data pipelines to move, transform and load enterprise data for client solutions.
• Build data integration and transformation workflows that support analytics, reporting and downstream application needs.
• Translate business requirements into data models, warehouse structures and scalable engineering designs.
• Optimize query performance, data loads and warehouse structures to improve processing efficiency.
• Validate data quality, reconciliation logic and pipeline outputs across source and target systems.
• Apply data engineering tools and methods to automate orchestration, scheduling and monitoring activities.
• Interpret complex data issues, identify root causes and recommend remediation approaches.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to gather requirements, track progress and address technical issues.
• Support solution delivery by reviewing work products, sharing technical guidance and mentoring junior team members.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics.
• Demonstrated Snowflake and SAP data integration experience.
• Application of data engineering methods for cloud modernization projects.
• Interpreting complex data to inform client recommendations.
• Collaborating across teams while managing assigned workstreams.
• Mentoring junior team members through project delivery.
