SOAR Automation Engineer/GenAI Engineer

Overview

SOAR Automation Engineer/GenAI Engineer role focused on protecting customer computer systems and networks from cyber threats and supporting security automation and security solution development.

What you'll do

• Defend customer systems and networks from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction.
• Use tools and techniques to defend against threats including malware, ransomware, phishing attacks, and data breaches.
• Monitor and review potential threats from cybersecurity systems and run proof-of-concepts for new cybersecurity software.
• Provide automation scripts for threat hunting in customer environments.
• Conduct penetration testing and threat and vulnerability assessments of applications, operating systems, and networks.
• Perform research, root cause analysis, and support creation and implementation of security solutions.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a cybersecurity field.
• Expertise in network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and VPNs.
• Proficiency in cloud computing and security architecture, including hybrid and multi-cloud.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, application security, penetration testing, encryption, threat modeling, identity and access management, and secure coding.
• Good knowledge of incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and security standards.
