Social Media Intern

Overview

Social Media Intern supporting Bureau’s social media presence, with hands-on work across content execution, real-time engagement, event coverage, and social monitoring (primarily LinkedIn).

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day publishing across Bureau social channels, primarily LinkedIn.
• Support the social media calendar and publish approved content on time.
• Create and adapt social content including posts, carousels, short-form videos, polls, and stories.
• Monitor industry conversations, trends, hashtags, mentions, and relevant accounts for opportunities.
• Support live event coverage by capturing media and posting real-time updates.
• Engage with comments and relevant conversations across partners, speakers, customers, and industry audiences.
• Repurpose existing content into social-first formats and track performance metrics.

What you'll need

• Strong interest in and understanding of social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to write concise, engaging copy for different audiences.
• Basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools for visual content.
• Comfort creating or editing short-form video content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight publishing timelines.
• Interest in B2B technology, fintech, fraud, or cybersecurity is a plus.
