What you'll do

• Own the CRM Opportunities product end-to-end.
• Design data models, APIs, and distributed workflows for pipelines and stages.
• Build automations and reporting, including integrations at scale.
• Develop backend support for AI-assisted features like pipeline attention surfacing, deal context summarization, and next-step suggestions.
• Assemble CRM context for AI-assisted results while keeping latency and cost controlled.
• Handle failure cases and non-deterministic output reliably.
• Ship occasional UI surfaces with enough frontend fluency.

What you'll need

• Backend builder role requiring deep backend ownership.
• Judgement to build reliable product features on top of probabilistic dependencies.
• No ML background requirement.
