Software Engineer 1

Overview

Join a new engineering team in Poland as a Software Engineer 1 building high-quality, secure software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) industry. This early-career role offers mentoring, technical development and exposure to AI-assisted development tools.

What you'll do

• Fix basic bugs independently once trained.
• Write new functionality with support from a mentor.
• Develop with .NET and C# in a modern engineering environment.
• Use source control tools such as Git to commit, branch, merge and create pull requests.
• Test your own code and build strong quality habits, including when using AI assistance.
• Learn new software engineering skills and develop your understanding of the Pharmaceutical TMF space.

What you'll need

• Around 1+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET / C#.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio or VS Code.
• Good communication skills.
• A willingness to learn in a collaborative team.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted development tools and how to use them responsibly.

Nice to have

• A degree, bootcamp, or ongoing study in Computer Science or a related field.

Details

• Remote role based in Poland.
• An office base in Lublin is available if you would like to work from there, but it is not a requirement.
• Full-time position.
• Full training on the Pharmaceutical TMF domain will be provided.
