Software Engineer 2

Overview

Software Engineer 2 in JLL’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team, building end-to-end GenAI solutions for property management applications.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy end-to-end generative AI solutions for knowledge retrieval and analysis.
• Build RAG pipelines using LLMs to use property management data from warehouses and semantic indexes.
• Create backend systems that translate natural language into actionable queries.
• Develop user interfaces delivering AI-powered insights, dashboards, and summaries in multiple languages.
• Develop web applications using React, Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Implement Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code and deploy AI services on cloud platforms including Azure Search Service and OpenSearch.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of proven experience as an AI Engineer or Full Stack Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI libraries/frameworks including LangChain and Langgraph.
• Demonstrated experience developing GenAI-based solutions using LLMs.
• Strong full-stack development experience with React/NextJS, Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Experience with RAG, NLP techniques, SQL, and databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
